we’re confident you’ll love your adwoa beauty purchase. we would be happy to replace orders containing incorrect or defective items within 5 DAYS after the order has been received. Otherwise, all sales are final.


if you have received a shipping notification, then your package has already been processed and cannot be cancelled. orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 3-5 business days, many times sooner. during adwoa beauty sale events, shipping can take anywhere from 7-10 business days. our goal is to ship as fast as we can, however based on volume it is not always feasible. 

if you need to update your order, please email us at hello@adwoabeauty.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or make changes. our fulfillment department processes orders quickly, but we will do our best to process your request if it hasn't been shipped.

 

Where does adwoa beauty™ ship?

adwoa beauty™ currently ships to the united states including Puerto rico, canada, france and the U.k. we ship international orders via usps (united states postal service).  you may experience longer delivery times when shipping to any remote areas. adwoa beauty™ orders sent to addresses do not require signature for delivery.

Are taxes and duties included in my order total?

no. your order does NOT include any local taxes/VAT or custom duties that is required upon transfer into your destination country. you are responsible for all local taxes/VAT or custom duties that is incurred. please contact your local customs office for more information regarding fees. 

if a package is returned as undeliverable, you will be issued a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. 

you can view order status via your shipment tracking notification email, which will be updated as soon as you are charged for your shipment, once your order is fulfilled and again once your order is delivered.

please note: in the event your address is entered incorrectly in our system and we receive an alert, we will make all reasonable attempts to obtain your correct address. if a package is returned as undeliverable, you will be issued a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. if you would like your items resent, you will be responsible for the new shipping fee.
